I’m Joe Mattos, Commissioner of the Rogue Valley Basketball Officials Association (RVBOA).

​

The RVBOA provides officials for high school, middle school, and club basketball games throughout the Rogue Valley; from Ashland to Prospect/Butte Falls to Gold Hill and everywhere in between.

​

Our goal is to supply OSAA-trained and certified officials who bring integrity, professionalism, and preparedness to every game. We are committed to maintaining the highest standard of basketball officiating while promoting sportsmanship among players, coaches, officials, and spectators.
